Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns at this time. In order to exchange an item, please contact us and provide your name, item(s) purchased, order number and desired item(s) for exchange. Further instructions will be provided upon receipt of your email. Items to be exchanged must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If we ship the incorrect size or item, contact us via email email@example.com and include a note stating your original order number and what was incorrect about your order. We will either refund you or ship the correct item if it's still in stock.
We are not responsible for lost items, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
