Q - I just placed an order when will it ship?
A - All orders are shipped within 3 days of the date the order is placed, in most cases same day.
Q - I haven't received my order yet and it’s been a week.
A - Because we are located in Canada all U.S and international orders are subject to clear customs, which can sometimes hold things up a bit.
Orders within Canada should be received within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders in the U.S should be received within 2 to 3 weeks.
International Orders should be received in about 4 to 6 weeks.
(If you require tracking on an order please contact us first there will be an additional charge)
(Due to the large amount of fraudulent claims of overseas orders we will no longer be responsible for " Lost " shipments, we will honor damaged items with picture proof.)
Q – The product I want is not there, when will you be getting it in again?
A – For the most part what we have in stock will not get printed again unless it is a popular design or big seller. Send us a message and we can clarify.
Q - How do I get some stickers/decals?
A - Send a self addressed envelope with postage to

Q - How do I get sponsored?
A - Getting sponsored by Decent Urban Rails sure isn’t the easiest thing in the world but it isn't impossible either. Before you send us anything take a deep breath, proofread, colour correct and polish. Send us your “portfolio” (action shots, contest results, magazine coverage, photos and video) but more importantly include why you think you'd fit with the rest of the family. We look forward to seeing your best stuff.
Domestic (Canada & US)
US and Canadian orders usually take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.
Be advised that international orders take a considerable amount of time in transit. Usually about 2-5 weeks depending on where you are in the world.
Unfortunately we don't offer order tracking for international orders. If you're in Canada and would like a tracking number for your order please email us. Since tracking numbers aren't created until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse there is no easy way to automate sending this information to our customers.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this before placing your order.
Payment Methods & Currency
We use PayPal payments pro so we can accept Visa, Mastercard or direct bank payments through PayPal. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Although products may be indicated available on our store, product availability is not guaranteed. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
